Magplus Inc. with a registered office located at 2 Park Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10016, United States, if Licensee has its registered office outside of Europe (“Licensor”), and Mag+ AB with a registered office located at Radmansgatan 49, 113 90, Stockholm, Sweden, if Licensee has its registered office within Europe (“Licensor”); and

The Agreement between the parties above is regulated by the commercial terms of this order form as well as the Mag+ Publishing Software (Go, Grow, Lead) Publisher End User License Agreement (“Publisher EULA”) attached hereto as Exhibit “1”.

Learn how people are using your app with built-in analytics from free providers like Flurry and Localytics, or use your existing Omniture account.
Unlimited push notifications for communicating with users
Five months of free publishing.
Experiment! Publish as many issues as you want in the first five months with no additional publishing fees.
Ability to host issues yourself free of charge

Additional publishing (after the 5th month that are included in the license fee): $500 a month only in the months you publish, no matter how many issues you publish that month

The parties hereto understand and agree that all prices (even if not designated in U.S. dollars) are based upon U.S. dollars and are, therefore, subject to change by Licensor on a quarterly basis (as necessary to reflect fluctuations in the conversion rate between U.S. dollars and the currency used herein).
By signing below, each Party hereto acknowledges that the person signing on its behalf is an authorized signatory and that such Party agrees to the terms contained in this order form as well as the Publisher EULA attached hereto as Exhibit ”1”.
